Youth Ministries

The goal of our Youth Ministry is to provide SUPPORT for our teens as we help them GROW in their faith, so that they might SPREAD the news of Christ through acts of COMPASSION as they DEVOTE their lives to God.

CROSSTRAINING —The Middle School and High School children meet every other Sunday night during the Fall, Winter and Spring. We do not meet in the Summer,
except for special events. This program fills our purpose of FELLOWSHIP. Sunday evening meetings include dinner, social time, some sort of game or activity and a
short devotional.

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION for YOUTH — Sunday mornings at 9:15-10:15 a.m. for MS
& HS during the Fall, Winter and Spring, but not in Summer. These programs fill our purpose of DISCIPLESHIP. Classes are interactive and discussion-oriented, with a focus on how to apply biblical principles to everyday life.

CONTEMPORARY PRAISE BAND/YOUTH CHOIR — Music helps fulfill our purpose of WORSHIP by providing an opportunity for the youth to have an integral part in worship services and special performances. Rehearsals are right before Youth Group, at 4:00 p.m. on Sundays.

QUARTERLY EVENTS — These programs fill our purpose of EVANGELISM. These fun-filled events are designed for our youth to bring their unchurched friends for exposure
to Christianity.
